2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

- Before sending back your item, you must email us at info@elevatebymd.com.au with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" followed by your order number.

- In the body of your email, please provide a brief reason for the exchange, the item(s) you wish to return, and, if applicable, the desired item(s) for exchange.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days to provide approval or further instructions.

3. Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

- Any items that appear worn, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.

- Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

- Items must be sent back via a trackable method. ELEVATE is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments.

- In the case of an exchange, once we have received and verified the condition of the returned item, ELEVATE will ship out the new item at our cost.

5. Credit Notes:

- If you opt for a credit note instead of an exchange, it will be sent to you via email once we've received and inspected the returned item.

- Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any item on our website, subject to availability.

6. Exceptions:

- Our return policy is strict in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. If, however, you believe there has been an error or quality issue with your purchase, please reach out to us immediately at info@elevatebymd.com.au, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
